What started as weekend baking for friends is now my tiny home bakery in North Belfast, near Cavehill. I bake every order myself.

How I bake

By hand: Everything is made fresh, by hand, with no preservatives. Just good ingredients and a lot of love.
In small batches: Batches are small, so favourites sell out. Anything that’s gone is marked sold out on the menu.
Once a week: Thursday is bake day. Order by 8pm that night and your bakes are ready for collection or delivery on Friday evening or Saturday.
At home: I bake in my own kitchen in North Belfast. It handles wheat, eggs, milk, soya and nuts, and every bake on the menu lists what it contains.
For the neighbourhood: Collect from me in North Belfast, or get delivery to BT14 and BT15 postcodes.
