Ordering
How does ordering work?
Pick your bakes from this week’s menu and order by Thursday 8pm. We bake on Thursday, then you collect in North Belfast or get local delivery on Friday or Saturday.
When do orders close?
Every Thursday at 8pm, Belfast time. The next cut-off is Thursday, 8pm.
I missed the cut-off. Can I still order?
Not for this week’s bakes, sorry. Once orders close, that week’s bakes are spoken for. You can order from the next week’s menu instead.
How do I order and pay?
Add bakes to your basket, then check out: choose collection or delivery and a day, add your details, and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Mollie’s secure payment page. Your confirmation comes by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, any time before orders close at 8pm on Thursday. After that your bakes are being made, so we can’t cancel. The terms have the details.
Why is something sold out?
Batches are small, so favourites go fast. Sold-out bakes stay on the menu, marked, so you know what’s been on.
Collection and delivery
When do I get my order?
On Friday evening or Saturday. You choose the day when you order. The next ones are Friday & Saturday.
Where and when can I collect?
From our kitchen in North Belfast, near Cavehill, for free: Friday 6pm–7pm or Saturday 9am–12pm. You’ll get the address with your order confirmation.
Do you deliver?
Yes, to BT14 and BT15 postcodes for £3.50: Friday 7pm–8pm or Saturday 12pm–2pm.
Can you deliver further away?
Not yet, sorry. Anywhere else, you’re welcome to collect in North Belfast.
Allergens
Do your bakes contain allergens?
Yes. Everything is made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, milk, soya and nuts. Every bake on the menu lists the allergens it contains, and the allergens page has them all in one table.
I have an allergy. Can I still order?
Talk to us first. One kitchen handles all five of those allergens, so we can’t promise any bake is free from them. Ring 07525 213892 (9am–5pm) or send us a message before you order.
Do you use preservatives?
No. Everything is made fresh, by hand, with no preservatives.
